I understand that my participation is subject to approval and that I must follow all instructions regarding arrival time, vehicle placement, setup, event operations, and departure. All trunks be set up by 4:30pm and remain on site until 8pm.
I agree to maintain a family-friendly and safe trunk display. Decorations, activities, costumes, and giveaways must be appropriate for a community and family-oriented event. Inflatable structures are not permitted. Weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, and any form of impaired participation are strictly prohibited. Individuals who violate this policy may be removed from the event.
I am responsible for the safety and security of my vehicle, decorations, supplies, and personal property. I agree to keep my assigned area reasonably clean and to remove all materials and trash at the conclusion of the event.
I understand that event organizers may require changes to my display or activities if they are determined to present a safety concern or are inconsistent with event guidelines.
Food Truck participation is $150, and includes promotion through Halloween Town website.
Electricity may not be available. All food trucks must plan to bring their own generator.

I understand that volunteering at Halloween Town New London involves working with the public and following event guidelines. I agree to fulfill my assigned responsibilities to the best of my ability.
I understand that volunteer assignments, schedules, and responsibilities may change based on event needs. I agree to follow instructions provided by event organizers and arrive at my assigned time.
I agree to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and appropriate manner while representing Halloween Town New London.
I understand that I am volunteering my time and will not receive financial compensation unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing.
If I am unable to fulfill my volunteer commitment, I agree to notify the event organizers as soon as reasonably possible.
By submitting this registration, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and complete. I understand that participation in Halloween Town New London is subject to approval by the event organizers and compliance with all event rules, guidelines, instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.

No Guns or Weapons: Guns, firearms, and weapons are not permitted at Halloween Town New London. Participants agree not to bring, possess, display, or use weapons while participating in the event.
I agree to conduct myself in a safe, respectful, and appropriate manner and understand that Halloween Town New London is intended to be a family-friendly community event. I am responsible for the conduct of any individuals participating with me, including employees, volunteers, representatives, or other members of my group.
I understand that Halloween Town New London and its organizers reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, layouts, assignments, or participation arrangements as necessary for safety, operational, weather-related, or other event needs.
I am responsible for my own personal property, equipment, vehicles, displays, and materials brought to the event. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, or other documentation required for my participation.
I agree to follow all applicable safety requirements and understand that event organizers may request changes to or removal of any activity, equipment, display, or setup that is determined to present a safety concern or is inconsistent with event guidelines.
I understand that participation in the event is voluntary and that I assume responsibility for my own actions and the actions of those participating with me.
