Our focus on community right now feels very immediate. We have to take care of each other’s health and basic needs right now. Let’s be sure that focus on community includes keeping an eye on the future, and very importantly that means being sure you, your business and all your employees fill out the census now.

Filling out the census is something we all can do now—must do, really—to be sure that Connecticut is fairly represented in numbers the federal government uses. Nearly $11 billion of federal funding allocations for Connecticut is determined using census data. An accurate, complete count of all Connecticut residents is extremely important.
