At what time would you like to officially cut the ribbon? *

Most ribbons are cut in the first half-hour of an event. For example, an event scheduled from 5 to 7 PM will have the official ceremony at 5:30 PM, a time when most people have arrived. Having a set time for the ceremony is important for elected officials.
