Take this opportunity to recognize and honor a member of the social service community who, through hard work, passion, and dedication, has gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to positively impact the people of our region, and improve the quality of life here. We will honor one for each of the following categories:

• Staff Member of the Year
• Executive Director of the Year
• Board Member of the Year
• Collaboration of the Year

Collaboration of the Year
Honors two or more social service organizations that have effectively demonstrated that we are stronger working together. Nominations should describe the collaborative effort and its positive results, and may include joint projects, cooperative fundraising events, operational mergers and other creative concepts.

Past honorees are ineligible to receive an award again.
