CT DECD Coronavirus Business Recovery
State Department of Economic and Community Development with information on state and federal programs. Hotline number and email available for businesses to ask specific questions. The Small Business Owner’s Guide to the CARES Act. DECD and CT Minority Business Initiative have partnered with HEDCO on the COVID-19 Business Response Program Line of Credit for minority- and women-owned small businesses. 

U.S. Small Business Administration
Federal agency administering small business economic assistance programs including Economic Injury Disaster Loans and the Paycheck Protection Program.
