Reopening Guidelines

The first phase of Reopening CT amid COVID-19  includes the business sectors specified below and is currently planned to take effect beginning May 20.

The Department of Economic and Community Development has set up an information center for businesses, CT Business Recovery and Reopening Center, and a special Small Business Reopening Resource Guide, which includes information on financial needs, employee training, physical layout, and suppliers.
